Hourly & full-day hire terms

• Each booked hour includes 40km of travel. Extra distance is charged separately.
• Bookable from 2 to 24 hours per booking.
• Your booking must start and end within our service area. Ending outside it incurs an extra charge for the chauffeur's return distance and time.
• Need more time mid-ride? Extensions are billed afterward in 30-minute increments.
• Ending your booking early does not entitle you to a refund for unused time.
• Your chauffeur's name, phone number, and vehicle details are sent by SMS and email 1 hour before pickup.
• Special requests (e.g. a child seat) can be added as notes at booking and are fulfilled on a best-effort basis.

Cancellation & change policy

Cancel or change your booking free of charge up to 1 hour before pickup. Changes or cancellations made after that point may be subject to a charge.
